Douglas Costa isn't the real deal. He's been in great form at best. Also Pep is going and Ancelotti is coming in so wouldn't completely bank on that.

Id take form over 2 years of injuries. Also never really got the hype behind Ribery always reminded me of Ashley Young, Runs down the left cuts back and crosses.

We were playing well up until the goal too, started getting back into the game. Going to be tough but would be good if we could get a goal at least.

Robben's injuries are catching up with him as well, even when all four are fully fit I'd imagine Costa and Coman get more game time than Ribery and Robben.

If I'm honest, I don't really remember Ribery ever standing out when I've watched him.

Damn you Bam, I was just looking to put a bid in for Tielemans .
Like Miky said the midfield looks good.
Unlucky on the result Miky, thought you boys could have got a draw. Did well considering your 2 cb were injured. Away goal gives you a chance at the bridge I'm confident you'll score at home.

Re: The World League
I get why some people are hating on so called unproven youngsters but for me players who are 32+ years old would not realistically be able to cope with an energetic youngster such as Tielemans or Saul etc. There is a reason he is not a barca player anymore and playing in a subpar league. The most Xavi is now a substitute who you stick on in the last 10 mins of a game to see it out. If you start him and expect him to last more than a half against the types of midfielders in this league you will get destroyed. A nice balance of youth and experience is what I like. Someone like Matuidi is a perfect example of experienced and still in his prime and would be a perfect partner for someone like Tielemans. Frak I wrote so much I'm just rambling now

Not sure if adding Rudy, Andre, Aboubakar would make it better.
Thoughts on where to improve? Not sure who my final signing should be

Toure has a big question mark over him. When he's in the mood he's unstoppable, that mood nowadays though is less and less frequent. You'll have to convince people you can motivate him.
Telles will suffer from the 'Viva factor', he's a decent player though and is still being linked with Chelsea despite Inter having a option to buy at the end of their loan.
El Ghazi I very much rate, spoke a lot in PM with Miky about him before, he is very hot and cold though.
Lichtsteiner has been okay but probably the weakest link in the Juve side this season, he also had heart surgery earlier this season.
Valbuena has struggled for form especially with the sex tape scandal that was going on.
Overall a strong core, the sides could improve, it's all very solid but for me it's lacking a spark of excitement.

Re: The World League
Valbuena has been better recently and is still a class player for me. He hasn't been at his best but is still a decent player.
Toure will get a birthday cake and everything. He will be reinvigorated by being in my team. On a serious note I agree mentally he hasn't been there at times but he still is the best box to box midfielder in the Premier League.

Cheers guys, think I may struggle with injuries but very happy with the starting lineup

Bambam just seen your line up. It looks decent with Pogba the jewel. The defense and attack are both good but the midfield is excellent.

Personally I'd put Aboubaker up front with Cavani in Valbuena's position.

I was very tempted with Tielemans myself but his value has been stagnant on TM for 2 years, think they pressed the button too early on him with a huge increase when he was 16 and they've been hesitant to push it further since, as a result I plumped for Sanches instead who hasn't had the rise yet but I'd expect is due it very soon given the transfer fees being banded about for him to Real and Utd.

Re: The World League
Appraisal was brilliant, my manager said that I have had an excellent 6 months/year since the last one so yeah brilliant stuff.
Trebs,
I like your team, it’s pretty decent across the board but I think Telles and Toure will be the ones people target if and when they give feedback due to Toure not really being on it recently and Telles is still up and coming I guess, id appreciate if you could look at my team when you get a chance and let me know what you think? And anyone else, feel free. I’m surprised I forgot about Moutinho. I can’t think you can go wrong with having Silva at CB, brilliant player. Actually looking at it the only other is Pepe who is a good player however I know some people aren’t fans but in these leagues, someone always buys him I’m sure.

Thoughts on Danilo Cataldi? I've gone for him in other leagues but now is the time where he's actually playing quite regularly for Lazio, more of a stop gap with Cazorla at AM until I can spend more on my AM/wings

I really rate him Marky, I didn't know he was playing regularly for Lazio now but I would definitely get him if I were you.

China is a big concern for a number of players, Toure will be off there in a few months I'd expect.

Re: The World League
It used to be the case players ratings only were aversly affected by long term injuries, now you have them going to China/MLS/Qatar, being paedos or being blackmailed in Sex tapes.

Very good player, was undecided between him and Mahmoud Dahoud as CM back up.
