Wales - England in 2015 RWC? Empty Wales - England in 2015 RWC?

Someone here in the office just brought up an interesting potential scenario at England's 2015 RWC:

What would happen if England and Wales meet in a QF and it is played in Millenium Stadium? Would the excitment levels be ratched up even higher than a 6N? Would Cardiff shake to its very foundations?
Should be an absolute blast leading up to it and would be good for beer sales, too................
