First topic message reminder :

Rules;
£150m budget with to be spent on anybody based on their value on TM.
Draft system to build the squads.
Squad to be between 20-25 players, no more, no less.
Tactics short, teamsheet, substitutes, 100 words of tactics, few sentences for substitutions.
Everybody votes or lose a goal from their score, just scores and scorers acceptable although feedback is encouraged.
Choose your own real life team name although this will have no bearing on the players you can or can't sign.

Structure;

8 fixtures per team, 4 at home, 4 away. Two relegated from the Premier League, two promoted from the Championship.
3rd place in both leagues will playoff for the right to play in the Premier League.

Happy with that. Still need to improve wings but such a solid spine, also Grosskreutz can fill in either fullback or wide midfield role.

Are you not going to play Mascherano at DM?

I could play Wes Morgan at CB and Mascherano at DM, but not sure if Morgan and Jagielka will be seen as too slow.

I think that's a very strong triangle going forward in the middle (Cazorla, Vidal and Lewandowski), there's a big drop in class to a number of the others though.

There's always going to be, very early days in terms of assembling a side.

Just to clarify, when are tactics due to the voters? And do squads lock after a certain date?

I don't know. I'd like to suggest squads lock Thursday night at midnight, tactics due by Friday night at midnight, results due Monday, next week begins Tuesday.

I'm happy with that.

As far as bonuses are concerned, everyone gets £1m per game and £1.5m for doing results. If they choose not to spend that money then that's up to each individual manager.

Also I've got a new job on Docklands Light Railway, how close to that do you work?

I like Silvertown, which is actually as close to a sh1t pit as you can get without going past Watford Gap.

What have you lot had for kunch today? I've eaten an egg and tuna baguette. I say eaten but it was nasty I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy Eggs and Tuna do not go well together!

I had 2 trays of mini chicken satay sticks, tasty as.

Corned beef and cucumber sandwich, you can keep that as my stock response to kunch questioning

I did however supplement it today with honey roast ham crisps from M&S. Noice.

It says on TM that he is in development training and back on the 7th April Hero.

Ham sandwiches and hot tortilla Popchips. And water.

So demoralising when my old job has a company car I'll have to give back and I've just reserved a new mountain bike, helmet, lights and locks to commute to the station for my new job...

He was top drawer quality last year but it's one of those 'will he be the same player when he returns' injuries so not sure whether to risk it.

I was pondering him myself. If returns in April still a good chance he'll go to the euros since Dechamps has a chubby over him. He's not really reliant on pace so doubt much will change.

Not really a #10 IMO, although he is an attacking midfielder. Like Iniesta, in that he's better off in a 3 man midfield rather than playing at #10.

Lewandowski will score you numerous votes in this league, so will Suarez.

Well it's probably a no brainer to trade in Lewandowski for Suarez if he comes up, especially as I'd make a small profit.

Lewandowski's lawyer + £5m = Neymar

Neymar's lawyer = Messi with £10m change

Messi's lawyer = £120m + £10m above = Suarez + Ronaldo + £20m

Raise £20m and get lucky and I win season 2
