Can't say I've been watching regularly since Wrestlemania but honestly that just screams that both shows are going to be diluted mess. They should be focusing on modernising the product, using newer, younger guys. Even MVP and Carlito are too old, particularly when even in their prime they were only okay. Stevie Richards is ridiculous.

Carlito will likely be paired up with the Shining Stars. I always thought MVP got a raw deal in WWE and deserves another shot. Not sure how well Stevie Richards can still go but could be used as a trainer or even a manager of some sort.

Goldberg is surely certain to return at some point - especially with the game deal. I'll Mark out for Angle vs Rusev but I hope its not before ICW F&L9 so I can still see him live. Hardy seems to have got himself in order and has had good matches in TNA recently. Could still do a job in WWE. I'd imagine Cryme Tyme would just be there to put talent over - which doesnt make sense as they were never over themselves. JTG would be peed being able to pick up a paycheck while actually having to wrestle.

Hes talked about it quite a bit over the last year but Meltzer, who reported the contacts, and others have said Vince doesn't want him in the company as hes worried hes a liability in terms of his substance and health history

Quite surprised nobody mentioned the recent Angle vs ZSJ match-up from their last show. From the reviews I read, the show was actually decent apart from the main-event which just didn't live up to expectations at all. Intrigued to find the match so I can make a judgement call of my own.

TNA has been putting on some decent work recently - final deletion aside - but their roster is painfully thin. They need a serious cash injection to bring in a wave of new talent. Dana and a few billions dollars could provide that. Although Dana is staying on as UFC president, so I dont know if he'll split commitments like that.

RAW are getting the Cruiserweight division. It makes sense because it will help fill out three hours but I think it would fit SmackDown better.

I think people have preconceived ideas about SmackDown! because it was once known as the actual Wrestling show with  the SmackDown! Six etc... but while I feel they'll still want to make them a genuine alternative to RAW I don't think that has to mean going back to what it was 12 years ago..

The cruiserweights on RAW is for the best, with an extra hour to fill it helps the show, if that division was on SD! and was allocated the same amount of time it would be in danger of overtaking the whole show.

I like it, I'd even like to see RAW use separate announce teams for the Cruiserweight hour

SD was the wrestling show because Heyman was running it and doing a good job with it, Ryan Ward ran NXT so may be the right place for it to be different

That would explain why he wasnt drafted along side Brock Lesnar. I think at this point WWE need him more than he needs them, so he could be holding out for more money. Heyman is a big loss for WWE in any capacity, be it an onscreen talent or backstage influence.

Its new and interesting, but still early days yet. I don't think any of the newcomers has had enough screen / ring time to really make an impression, other than Mike Bennett & Maria (and they've both been fairly average heels IMO - not nearly clever or original enough to be really good).

Early plans are for Bayley to challenge a heel Sasha Banks for the Womens Championship at WrestleMania 33.

Paige is currently nursing a shoulder injury but its feared there could be serious nerve damage in the shoulder/back area - could be career threatening.
