I read a great piece about Madusa a couple of years ago and apparently she tried to kick start her own woman's revolution in the WWF before she jumped ship in the mid 90's.

Legend has it that she was all over Vince about bringing in top Japanese talent to bolster the women's division and he wouldn't really budge further than Bull Nakano. I remember her matches with Nakano being decent.

If any women in recent history was a trail blazer it was her, Stateside of course. The Madusa Memorial sounds pretty cool, too!

The state of Louisiana athletic commission has set out a series of ridiculous rules regarding rules that cannot be performed in a wrestling ring, these include Piledrivers, Powerbombs, Flips off the turnbuckle and someone being pushed out the ring/going over the top rope

It remains to be seen if these will be hard line enforced during Mania weekend but Indy wrestlers are spitting feathers over this and apparently they want a 10% cut of all mercy sold
