He barely had one good clean pass throughout the game. Sexton is seriously off form.

How many breakdown penalties can England give away without getting blown for it?

They do it all the time and get away with it. And to think these people have the cheek to say Wales are always getting the rub of green with refs.

Great score but definite call for a knock on by Kruis in the phase before the score.

First half dominance starting to show now with Ireland tiring.
Care has added some zip and quality of bench showing already. I can see us pulling away a little now, Ireland look spent.

Ireland have done well to hold them this long but eventually all the tackling we're doing had to tell.

Now that's a try-saver. McCloskey looked a little slow there.

Fabulous second score.
English defensive line speed very good indeed.

Agree SGt, hes playing like the player we wanted,...just relentless and brutal in defence.
Id like to see him just start to carry a bit more. He's made a couple today and they were big.

Re: England v Ireland; Six Nations Round 3
His knee hits the line before he loses control so its the right call. Shame, good break from Sexton.
Some real green shoots in attack from Ireland but the biggest issue we face is our unsympathetic passing. Just basic skills so low from all the teams this year. Think England would have five tries or so by now if they executed very basic skills well!

He really seems to suite the wolf pack ethos GF, do the basics and concentrate on disrupting the opposition.
Lets get that bench emptied, up the tempo. We don't want to give Ireland any hope, they look like they can get back into this.
Next score is a big one.

England are desperately in need of a half decent stand off. All the ball in the first half and no guile. Everything is either too predictable or too slow.

Never heard of this 'de lan' and I've probably spelt that wrong. Should have been another yellow for that penalty.

Those beautiful offloads from Dillane to VDF back to Dillane give me hope our next generation have the skills to win with a less negative game plan than the one we've had to adopt to get any success in the past. Great to see.

I think Care was trapped there. Refs need to show empathy here and wave it on. This happened a lot to Wales last night and Barnes showed no empathy at all.

Good news for Ireland then. Where does he play his club rugby?
Good effort by VDF there, but Daly actually managed to defend on this occasion.

No he shouldn't. It's for a charity called joining Jack and people from Wigan area like him, Bradley Wiggins and a few Rugby League players do it to show support.

Connacht. The fact they're never on TV is probably why you've not heard of him! But he's actually having a very good season.

Reddan has not done well since he came on - he ignored all the players on the left when Care was sent off and clearly fed that when there was no stability for his front row.
