Defence porous, handling poor. Just a normal week being a Falcons fan. Quins getting the rub but no major complaints.
I have tried to convince myself Sgt that we are better than I think. But I just cant anymore. We are just a poor side.
Dean Richards has to go now! Its just not moving forward or improving at any decent level.

I seriously think this will be the first season in 12 years where we don't make the play offs

Ah no mate I'm not blaming the ref for where we are. He's been poor for both sides.

The problem is I don't want to rely on other teams to stay up yet again. It gives me no enthusiasm for next season what so ever!

I honestly think the quality of refereeing in the Prem is atrocious. And I don't think that's exaggerating.

Do you think they actually work on defence...lineup, tackling etc in training?

I think Watson is one player that the top clubs should be looking at. What a cracking winger that lad is!

I don't know mate, we're just poor.
At least with Gold we were hard to beat, I don't get why teams just walk through us.

We don't though. We have a ten minute spell where we try then just settle back into normality again.

Re: Aviva Premiership - Round 19
Falcons v Irish decides who stays up, it's that simple now.
I can't see Irish getting anything from Quins or Wasps and I can only see us getting something from Sale.
I imagine 2 LBP against Irish and Sale would be enough, I hope we get a lot more.

Sgt, ive said it a few times...I absolutely see Irish beating us.
Then that'll be us and the noisy neighbours United both going down. They lost to Norwich so they're definitely down.

You guys can afford to lose really. If you picked up a LBP next week, I struggle to see us hauling ourselves level based on our final two games.

Re: Aviva Premiership - Round 19
Still terrible in defence but attack looking much better. You're right about Manu he's really starting to get back to his 2013 form. Crazy to think that during his contract negotiations people were saying that he shouldn't be offered a deal until he proves his fitness, or suggesting ridiculous amounts like £150k.
Slightly OT but the constant confusion amongst the commentary team of Betham/Veainu/Manu/Goneva is verging on daft now.
