I agree with this one completely.

I would even go further and penalise any player drawing a TV screen.

I agree about penalising the mouths.  too much carping about almost everything.
On the other hand, I make the tv gesture any time the opposition scores, because it can't be legit if anyone scores on me, eh lads?

I do feel that the IRB need to remind all players that this is a game based on respect.

Abuse to any official should be an instant club fine as well as pen and potentially card, the coaches will soon put a stop to those antics if they're getting punished too.
