Mark Clattenburg is a shocking ref. Some atrocious decisions yesterday. He better step up his game in the champions league final. Oh yeah almost forgot congrats to LVG on winning the first (of many) trophy after SAF era.

Re: The World League II
It's going to be a bit weird seeing him at another club in England, it's no secret that he loves Chelsea.
I wish him all the best though, he deserves to be in a top job somewhere and it didn't work out in the 3rd season for us so he was destined to join a top club again and it just happens to be England.
I don't blame United for getting him in if that's what happens, he is easily one of the best around (personally I think he is the best). Good luck to him. Going to be an amazing bunch of managers in the Prem next season.
Klopp, Wenger, Guardiola, Conte, Mourinho, Pochettino, Ranieri to name some.

Fantastic bunch of managers, shame the players aren't at the same level, but hopefully they will come
Another Woodward PR disaster though, for that news to leak at that time is classless, and I can't believe its a coincidence.
By the time we left the stadium, it was pretty much all anyone was talking about

Anyone see the clip of the player from Argentina getting kneed in the face and then sucker punched? He's reportedly passed away. It was an innocuous looking challenge aswell with a delayed reaction. Terrible news.

Re: The World League II
Morning Gents... Just passing through and thought I would ask if the Twitch idea ever left the ground?
Speaking as a United fan, it was nice to see to LVG leave on a some-what underwhelming high-point but regardless of the result, he was always going to leave after the match and I personally can't wait for Mourinho's reign to get started now.
Although Mourinho leaves a patten of immediate success following by some kind of internal breakdown I'd happily take two years of becoming competitive for the title again knowing that he'll leave the team in a MUCH stronger position than LVG or even Moyes ever did.... Can see a lot of wheeling and dealing happening so it's going to be a big summer for United.

Re: The World League II
I've been hesitant regarding Mourinho beforehand but as it's looking a certainty that he'll be taking over as tomorrow then I'm going to forget the negativity and look at the positives (until it all goes to pot and then I'll moan like a trooper).
1. He's a 2 time CL winner.
2. His name will attract players despite no CL this season.
3. His ties with Mendes will further add weight to acquiring decent players
4. In the short term he gets results.
5. He knows the Premiership very well.
6. He'll wind up Wenger and Pep something chronic.
7. He isn't just all about negative park the bus football.

Regardless of if Mourinho plays Rashford though and as good as he's been, he can't be expected to score all the goals up front for United and Mourinho will sort that out I'm sure.

Jose prefers a physical striker like Drogba or Costa no? Be prepared for Rashford to play the Welbeck role.

I'm well mate, how have you been? Unfortunately I'm busy running another fantasy league on here so I wouldn't have the time if there was room to begin with, I will probably look at returning to 606v2 football management later in the year.
How many times as Azzy had a melt down this season then?
As I said in an earlier post, we'll have two maybe three good seasons under Mourinho before he looses the plot, shaves his head, and turns up watching a random Blackburn Rovers game but I believe he will leave the team in a much better shape than what LVG or Moyes previously did...
I think this will be the end for Mata, sadly he's a worldclass player who doesn't quite fit into a natural position. He's too slow to play out on the wings and I can't see Mourinho playing him off the striker. Hopefully be the end of Carrick, Fellaini, Phil Jones and a couple of other passengers... Hope Herrera has a role to play next season but sadly I think he'll be used for strike a deal elsewhere.
