There were a few from Northwich, a load from Runcorn, a few proper scousers and lots of people from Warrington. A volatile mix but I don't recall seeing any fights.

There were a few southerners as well and the groom was good enough to sit them all on the same table so they didn't ruin the evening for the rest of us. Those boys can drink though, the southern table was covered in bottles of Coors Lite and Budweiser. One of them even had a glass of wine. Crazy bunch.

Doubtful Rick, as nice a fella as Bellew can be, he's really only a LH who jumped up a weight because he knew that the quality in that division meant he was never going to get a fight for a title or, if he did, get very badly hurt in the process.
