I'll open it up to the masses, best player to do the DM work for my team so that Kroos can do his magic?
Looking around the 20m mark.
Thinking Krychowiak or Carvalho currently.

Championship table up to date.
Close at the top, looks like a 3 horse race for promotion.

I rate Gaspar. He was the 2nd best RB in la liga behind Carvajal last season. Doubt you'll be able to get any better from foreigns.

Carvajal wasn't the best RB in La Liga last season. There's a reason Juanfran was the one picked for Spain!

Carvajal got injured in the champions league final and was ruled out of the Euros in case you forgot marky Juanfran would be nowhere near this Spain starting 11 if Carvajal was fit.

No chance those FIFA ratings are true.
Currently mata is 83 martial 78 rashford 73 and Rooney 85. The same as the article. You telling me FIFA won't change any for next season? I think not.

Re: The World League II
All this nonsense about Hodgson being to blame and his 6 changes is doing my head in. Look at the 6 changes...
Vardy and Sturridge - After the Wales game, any England fan under the sun would have made those two changes.
Clyne - replaced England's best player of the first two games, but had a good game IMO.
Bertrand - didn't have as good a game as Clyne, but he replaced Rose, who hadn't done noticeably better in the first two games
Wilshere - he is getting stick for not having a great game, but that isn't what I saw. I thought he looked good and one of our better players in the first half and was let down by what was in front of him. He started to lose influence through fitness in the second half, but was replaced on 55 minutes
Henderson - okay, he didn't have a great game. Accepted.
But ultimately, it wasn't Hodgson making changes that was the problem, but a lack of putting the ball in the net, which comes down to Vardy, Sturridge and Lallana - two players everyone would have brought in, and one who had started the first two games.
The only change I question is, with hindsight, is I would have played Rooney and not Henderson. But that didn't cost us the win.
Get some perspective and stop looking for scapegoats. If England get their shooting boots on, then they have a chance against anyone. If they don't, we will go home early.

Re: The World League II
I think Wilshere looked like a man who'd played 3 games this season. Off the pace. Can see why Roy brought him as he provides a different element to the squad but hasn't paid off.
Really though, the media had written all the stories pre kick off. We had 29 shots, like 66% of the ball and it reads like we produced a 0-0 bore. We have an England team that plays on the front foot, plays a modern style and doesn't look petrified to be there, and people really prefer the days of McClaren or Capello?

Re: The World League II
I do think it was right for the changes, it was that game or never to know if Wilshere and Henderson were capable of playing later on for us. And I think it proved that neither of them should be in the team. I would have done a similar thing and can see the logic.
As for the media, it is a bit ott but what do you expect them to write? Fans were annoyed we drew 0-0 so the easiest thing to do is write the kind of headlines we've seen rather than praise that England look like they're going somewhere. Which I firmly believe they are.

Re: The World League II
We should be beating the likes of Slovakia, top spot was ours and Roy blew it by bowing down to the fans/media. We're now on the tougher side of the group.
Rooney has been a 10 zillion% over hyped in this tournament, a couple of switching balls across the pitch (Not that great to be honest) and people are oohing and aahing over him. He has had more room than Ollys bumhole and what has he achieved? Kane taking the stick but fat-body is the one who should be creating. France will show what Rooney really is, a finished forward who has cowardly and selfishly gone in to midfield because he is afraid of two young lads (Martial and Rashford). Mourinho better sign a CM.

Re: The World League II
Griezmann had a good season but overall Benzema finished with a higher goals per game ratio than him even while being injured for most of it. 24 goals in 27 games in la liga is no easy feat when your surrounded by world class players like CR7 and Bale. Gman finished with a decent if unspectacular 22 in 38. I would pick Benzema over Griezmann every day of the week and this is a truly non biased viewpoint.

Does seem to be a pretend manager leaning towards Leave.
I think for next season all Brexiters should be forced to only pick British players whilst I can have EU ones.
