Bar the couple of pens but conditions look tricky and pitch is awful, Murrayfield of afew years ago bad.

If I was Hartley I would be pointing out to the refs that the pitch isn't turning up on the England side at scrum time and that's its only turning up on the Aus side because they can't take the pressure.

Otherwise it wasn't a bad performance. Aussie favourites but it would be so nice if they could pull off the miracle.

That kind of thing really annoys me. Dirty and could actually damage Haskell's eyes if a good clump got in there.

But NZ aren't playing and England cant beat themselves....although they're trying at the moment.....

Seem to have turned the tide somewhat now.

I'm staggered by how easily Joseph is stopping Kuridrani, looks like a physical mismatch in midfield.

Surely Hooper will be cited for that??

Owens read that completely wrong. It was a block and he came off worse.

Excellent decision from Joubert there. In fairness, Owens could not have seen Foley change his direction but Joubert was bang on and Farrell gave him a nice shoulder charge

That was a fight. All coming from serious luck for the Aussie wing messing up but keeping the ball and a blatant obstruction from Hooper.

Makes such a difference to decision making that Oz cant kick. They should keep the scoreboard moving but take on our excellent defence again.

I am probably being very pedantic here but when Brown went in the air to take that catch, he probably would not have knock on it forward if he wasn't interfered with by an Aussie player. Had he have caught that, would that have gone to the TMO? He was the only player competing for it...
