The EU Referendum - Thursday 23 June (with voting poll)
First topic message reminder :
Quite possibly.Munchkin wrote:Nico the gman wrote:Whether people like it or not the country voted to leave the EU and I don't think there's a cat in hells chance of a 2nd Referendum, those who did fail to vote and wanted to remain have in my opinion no argument.
I don't think a 2nd referendum will happen. I do think a 2nd referendum would vote Remain, even if the exact same voters come out.

Cheers. Didn't know that any decent music came from Japan except for the Paprika theme and Itsumo Nando Demo.

Re: The EU Referendum - Thursday 23 June (with voting poll)
all this notifcation stuff has taken this thread way off topic.
Back to the relevant stuff. I completely agree Dave (words I never thought I'd write). Steve Wrong is a vacuous cretin. The inane ramblings polluting the airwaves are a sad parody of smashy and nicey. I'd like to take his factoids and shove them up his emma freud's. The fact that this passes as entertainment for some people is exactly what is wrong with this country. 73.2% of Steve Wrong fans voted brexit. I rest my case.

F*ck you Milky, with a large cactus (but thank you for your kind words), however I feel the fact people are more concerned about the end of the civilized world as we know it rather than the impending arrival of MONO is what's actually wrong with this country....and why won't Steve Wright's "old woman" die?milkyboy wrote:all this notifcation stuff has taken this thread way off topic.

And the Japanese kids singing Only In Kenya, don't know how I forgot that one though, strictly speaking, it was almost certainly written by a westerner.

Interest rates cut. Economy is contracting at the fastest rate since the 2008 financial crisis. Consumer and business confidence dropping off the radar.
And yet nothing's actually changed.
Yup, who needs forecasters eh? It's only going down the pan as they predicted.

Recruitment specialist Reed Group said demand for new staff has flourished since the referendum, with 150,000 more jobs added to its website in the past three weeks compared with the same period last year.
James Reed, chairman of the £1 billion-plus turnover group, said the 8 per cent increase was a sign that it was ‘business as usual’ despite fears that job vacancies could drop. The growth – in line with the first half of the year – bucks fears of a recruitment crash.
‘The situation is surprisingly good,’ Reed said. ‘The vote hasn’t affected things. People are still hiring and there are lots of opportunities.

Made me laugh. Whoever wrote that should be shot.
Or we could blame the effing retards who decided to believe opinion over data and forecasting. "We don't need any more experts". Well sadly said idiots, you're going to need a lot of them to dig us out of the mess you intellectually challenged numtpies have put us in.
Grrrr.
