The Rugby Dungeon Podcast
JB, one of the guys behind the Eggchasers Podcast, is now using his recording studio set-up for hour-long interviews with current and former players. The podcast is called The Rugby Dungeon.
I think they are worth a listen, regardless of whether you know the individuals, or support their teams. Together, they give you an excellent insight into the world of the professional rugby player.
The most recent one was with former Bath prop, and now TV pundit, Dave Flatman. The conversation is wide-ranging, touching on what's going on with Bath; what it was like when the club had the Matt Stevens drug saga; what it's like working on TV as a pundit; how to operate in the front row etc.
There will probably come a point where JB runs out of mates, and mates of mates, which will then test his skills as an interviewer. For now, though, everyone is speaking quite openly about issues like training, contracts, agents, dealing with coaches, getting injured. The following Podcrawler link should take you to them, or else just look them up on itunes directly.

Re: The Rugby Dungeon Podcast
Brian Moore had a weekly show called Full Contact on Talksport but the broadcaster gave him the chop earlier this season and replaced him with Andrew McKenna. He's popped up again with a podcast for the Telegraph, which follows a similar format. He's actually not a natural host but does usually get a good roster of guests, so it might be worth a listen. It's still called Full Contact

I seem too spend half the week listening to rugby podcasts, they've proliferated so much. Here's a list of some of the ones out there now. Probably missing a lot too.
Eggchasers - Currently the most popular. England-focused but they do touch on most areas in the game.
Blood and Mud - If you like Lee Calvert's sense of humour (and I do) then this is one of the most regularly entertaining
Flats & Shanks - David Flatman and Tom Shanks share good stories, and Flatman is always an engaging speaker.
The Rugby Pod - Jim Hamilton and Andy Goode give an unvarnished account of the game. Some good stories
Talking Rugby Podcast - Long running with good Aviva and England coverage.
Full Contact (Talksport) - Shorter than Brian Moore's old show but still has some decent guests.
Oval Office from Pundit Arena - A lot more Pro12 coverage than the others
Thistle Podcast - Scottish Rugby covered by guys using Eggchasers/Rugby Dungeon facilities.
Scottish Rugby Blog Podcast - Just launched last week.
MaulOver Rugby Podcast - Similar to Eggchasers but with guests.
Sky Rugby Podcast - Will Greenwood interviewed for about half an hour
BT Rugby Tonight Podcast - Their TV show reworked for audio-only.
BBC 5 Live's Rugby Union Weekly Podcast - New show hosted by Ugo Monye and Chris Jones.
The Scrum Down with Alex Corbisiero - Offshoot of Corbs' work for NBC in the US
Scrum V Radio - Like the TV show, a Welsh perspective.
Welsh Rugby Podcast from WalesOnline - Does what it says on the tin.
When the southern hemisphere season is up, then SANZAR podcasts are online. I don't follow them for Super Rugby but they are often good during the international windows.
Green And Gold - Main Australian rugby site. GAGR team do one, and also host another by Thee Rugby Podcast team.
Fox Rugby Podcast - Offshoot of Fox coverage
Rugby Pass Podcast with Scotty Stevenson - Caught this at the end of last year, and enjoyed the perspective.
If you don't use iTunes, then a lot of these show are on acast. You can also find them with Podcrawler:

Re: The Rugby Dungeon Podcast
If I have one complaint about these podcasts, it's that the same voices seem to turn up.
For instance:
Tom Shanklin has his own podcast with Dave Flatman, but popped up on the Talksport Full Contact and Brian Moore's Full Contact to preview Wales.
Corbisiero has his NBC podcast but joined Brian Moore, and I'm sure I heard him on another one too.
Ugo Monye hosts the new BBC weekly podcast but he's also on BT's Rugby Tonight
Jim Hamilton was a guest on Rugby Tonight too while also running his own pdcast
