I got impatient waiting for cf to come back from the scouting job I gave him the other day. I told him to find a decent left back and cm but he hasn't replied yet and I didn't want Asensio to get poached from under my nose.

Prefer Lucas Vazquez myself

Asensio is younger and has more potential and thought id go for him first but I am after Vazquez as well.

What do you all think of the Athletic Bilbao winger/striker Inaki Williams? Currently at 17mill on tm but if he was a couple of mill cheaper I would have defo got him in asap.

Far too expensive for me, talented but needs to up his return on assists/goals.

Regular TPs: 2 per week + one for each lawyer accepted. 3rd TP available for £2.5m in each of the first 2 weeks of season

I understand that to mean I would ordinarily get 2 TPs a week, but because I've lawyered 3 players I get 1 more for each of those? Total 5 this week, and I've used 2 ..

I think your interpretation is spot on.

Perhaps this is one rule we need to refine, because in the normal weeks (i.e, post wk 2), you could have 4 TPs. Obviously budgets and squad limits mean this wouldn't be the case all the time, but the potential for 4 seems too much to me.

Two options I would propose:
1) From week 3, there are no additional TPs, so you just get 2.
2) You get one extra for each nominated lawyer you accept (i.e.max of 3)

Obviously we would need to get everyone to agree and would only be able to put it in place from next week, (unless everyone agreed otherwise)

I would prefer option 1 of the 2 fro next week.
