Re: 606V2 West 2016 – NFL.com Fantasy Football Homepage
In terms of Draft dates, the season kicks off on Thursday 8th September.
Therefore my suggestions (which are all different to my other league in an effort not to create clashes!) for the 606v2 West league are
Monday 29th Aug @ 8:30pm (Bank Holiday)
Wednesday 31st Aug @ 8:30pm
Saturday 3rd Sep @ 8:30pm
Sunday 4th Sep @ 4:00pm
Please indicate the days you really cannot do... compromises may be necessary!

Sorry for the late reply, been travelling. I'm in SE Asia until 6th September so my time zone is seven hours ahead of BST. The only draft I can therefore really do is the Sunday at 4pm one.

How do people think their drafts went?
I am chuffed with mine - but nfl.com isn't!! Has me projected at 12 overall (last) and a C- draft
Dave - will you be doing your few words on the top picks of all? Or would you like me to?

Thought my draft was OK
Was projected 2= with a B
mind you got an A in the keeper for projected 8 win record just shows there a waste of time
Don't think there's a stand out team
Nor is there any I think wont win a few
should be a log jam for the final play off spots

It doesn't particularly like my draft either.
Wasn't planning to do the draft write ups as I don't really have the time and I'm going on holiday!

Re: 606V2 West 2016 – NFL.com Fantasy Football Homepage
2016 draft analysis from yours truly - I couldn't remember who was there and wasn't mainly, so apologies if you weren't and I say you were etc etc
1. Tony Romo and Juliet - First three picks - Antonio Brown (WR), Doug Martin (RB), LeSean McCoy (RB)
I think this was on auto draft (?), but lets say it wasn't. Love the Antonio Brown pick up front, best WR in the game. Not such a huge fan of the Martin/McCoy picks - both very up and down players, especially now Martin has his big contract I wouldn't be surprised to see him regress badly this year. Looking at the rest of the roster, love Kelce at TE (but you have no backup), the backup RB's are quite frankly horrible, so I think you may need to look into trading one of your WR's. Carson Palmer at QB is a bit of a risk too, after his playoffs last year
2. The Stormbringers - First three picks - Todd Gurley (RB), Alshon Jeffrey (WR), Le'Veon Bell (RB)
Gurley 2nd overall? Dislike immensely. That Rams offence stinks, stinks, stinks, and they'll be behind having to throw a lot. Should've taken OBJ imo. But I do love the Jeffrey and Bell picks in the next two rounds, so you have a strong first three picks, even if I would be very wary of Gurley being hampered by what is around him. Rest of the squad - Jeremy Hill is gonna be a stud this year, love it. Think you'll need to trade one of your RB's for a TE/WR at some point - can't rely on Jordan Reed to stay healthy all year I don't think. Eli should be a good fantasy QB this year too.
3. Thunder and Lightning - First three picks - Odell Beckham Jr (WR), Mark Ingram (RB), Amari Cooper (WR)
Love the OBJ and Cooper picks - but this is cancelled out by the Ingram pick - sorry but there were much much better players available. Your WR's are to put it frankly, insanely good. Good luck trying to pick out of those 6 every week!! RB's are an issue if Rawls doesn't come back fit, Gore isn't gonna do much in Indy. Witten is solid, but he might struggle with Romo out for most of the season. Love Big Ben to have a big year at QB.
4. New England Canaries - First three picks - Julio Jones (WR), Sammy Watkins (WR), Jarvis Landry (WR)
Best draft of the lot imho (someone else can analyse mine if they so wish)
5. Dawn of a Foles Idol - First three picks - David Johnson (RB), Jamaal Charles (RB), Aaron Rodgers (QB)
Think GSC was on auto pick for the first three rounds iirc - so he better hope the computer and the fantasy world is right about David Johnson. Charles is solid, and I love Rodgers to have a big bounce back year in GB. Rest of the roster wise - WRs are solid but nothing to write home about, same applies for the TE spot. Do like the array of RB's you have, especially as it seems West will start in Baltimore now. Get rid of Rashad Jennings at all costs, he is a bum
6. San Francisco Trams - First three picks - Zeke Elliott (RB), Keenan Allen (WR), Cam Newton (QB)
LOVE THESE FIRST THREE PICKS MASSIVELY DAVID. Zeke is a beast, Keenan Allen the most underrated WR in the league, and Cam is great in fantasy. Do not however love your RB depth at all (Matt Jones sucks, and you should never draft a Pats RB imo) - Barnidge is solid at TE, and the rest of your WRs are fab too (like the flyer on Michael Thomas in particular). Good stuff
7. Serenity Valley Fireflies - First three picks - Dez Bryant (WR), Eddie Lacy (RB), Demaryius Thomas (WR)
First three picks are good. The rest? Eh not so much. Counting on Lacy and Ivory as your RBs for the season is er risky to say the least...WRs look good if Kevin White is as good as draftniks say he is. Like Eifert at TE, but no idea why anybody would draft Zach Miller. You don't need Brady and Wilson at QB either. The potential of a good squad, will need to sort your RB backup out sharpish tho
8. Prestige Worldwide - First three picks - Adrian Peterson (RB), Brandon Marshall (WR), Matt Forte (RB)
Peterson should have a huge year now Bridgewater is out, but dislike drafting two players from the same team, especially when I think the Jets peaked on offence last year. Marshall in particular a red flag for me in year two...do like DeMarco Murray to have a good year, so your RB depth is good (shame Forsett got released). LOVE LOVE LOVE the TY Hilton pick at WR, and Tyler Lockett is gonna be a stud but not sure if it'll happen this year. Not a huge Dwayne Allen fan at TE tho. Mixed draft
9. Ronde’s Barber - First three picks - AJ Green (WR), Jordy Nelson (WR), CJ Anderson (RB)
Fairly sure Pr4wn was on auto draft - and he's done ok out of it - AJ Green is a monster, and Nelson should be ok. Overall the squad is meh, RBs look injury prone and weak, WRs look good - not sure about Gates at TE (but as I said fairly sure it was auto draft)
10. Knights of Cydonia - First three picks - Rob Gronkowski (TE), Lamar Miller (RB), Carlos Hyde (RB)
Love the Gronk pick - dislike the Miller and Hyde picks. Both RBs who flatter to deceive in my opinion. WRs look very weak, TE looks very strong. RBs very middle of the road, although I do like Gio Bernard a lot
11. BamBams Warriors - First three picks - DeAndre Hopkins (WR), Allen Robinson (WR), Jonathan Stewart (RB)
The first two picks are A+ certified studs. Jonathan Stewart tho? Nah. Think that'll be a poor one. You have a battery of RBs, none of which I'm really excited about - Woodhead is always a solid pick, but really dislike Tevin Coleman. WRs are good, but you're susceptible to injury here. Fleener should rack up monster yards in NO so thats cool. The two QBs are interesting too - like Tyrod to have a better year than Bortles
12. New York Bulls - First three picks - Devonta Freeman (RB), Mike Evans (WR), Golden Tate (WR)
Mikey certainly has let it all hang out here. I really can't get behind Golden Tate in round three though. Your QB situation is a mess, but your WR situation Tate aside is incredible. Josh Gordon, Mike Evans and Kelvin Benjamin? Some serious potential there. Who knows maybe even Tavon Austin has a 100 yard game this year too!
1. Tony Romo and Juliet - First three picks - Antonio Brown (WR), Doug Martin (RB), LeSean McCoy (RB)
I think this was on auto draft (?), but lets say it wasn't. Love the Antonio Brown pick up front, best WR in the game. Almost scraped a win this week if only Julio Jones hadn't made the one catch. That 16 yards just made the difference. 0-3 is not the greatest of starts but I am closing in on a victory. 10-3 here I come.

Re: 606V2 West 2016 – NFL.com Fantasy Football Homepage
So it is the final werk of the regular season. Here are the prematations (I think):-
Guernsey Division
The winner between Knights of Cydonia and Thunder and Lightning will take the division and possibly the second seed if Ronde's Barber loses. The loser of this game will be left sweating on a playoff place.
Jersey Division
If Ronde's Barber wins, they win the division. If they lose and Tony Romo and Juliet also lose Ronde's Barber wins the division. If Ronde's Barber lose and Tony Romo and Juliet wins the latter wins the division on divisional record. Ronde's Barber need to win for a shot at the second seed. Tony Romo and Juliet need to win to have any chance if the playoffs.
Alderney Division
Both The Stormbringers and Prestige World are in the playoffs but the winner of their game this weekend will win the division and the no 1 seed. The winner of the New York Bulls and New England Canaries game will also be in the playoffs while the other will have to wait on the other games to see if they get into the playoffs too.
