QOTD...and I know what's coming but I'm interested to see what people think...

1. Are there any members of the current roster who you just can't see turning heel or face?
2. Have there been any heel or face turns that have shocked you in 6CW/6WF and why?
3. If you could turn any superstar heel or face who would you pick?

(Get the Liam Wood heel/face jokes out of the way)

1. Despite not really being active I could never see Costello as a face, he can probably be the anti-hero but never full face...the guy at his peak was as evil as I think we'd get.

2. I wouldn't say it shocked me at the time but I'm impressed and shocked at how well Max Adamson can play full on heel and full on face.

3. Dream would be Anthony Grace coming back and finally turning, apart from that I'd probably take Costello and attempt to turn him face to see if 1 is possible...as for an actual active member I'm not sure...which is stupid given it was my question.

Just to add, I was against turning Wood heel but now I'm against him turning back...I love playing him as an ass and he suits it so well with his cocky side being able to flourish.

1. Probably Thunder. Just the whole character screams baby face and I don't see how it would happen. I think even if it was all real the kids at least would still love him, even if the smarks didn't

2. When gazzy turned the night after winning his first title at night of glory. I'd hinted at trying him as a heel to JJ months in advance but he never let on it would happen and Genesis was born out of that moment. To say I was shocked was an understatement

3. I'll have to have a think on the last one. not sure. I think Grace could be a good shout Liam, but I think everyone hated him anyway haha

I love your QOTDs Liam, you basically write a question for something you want to answer. It's somewhat wonderful.

1. I think everyone has the scope to turn. Right now the furthest away would be Zhi, but I could envision scenarios. Thunder I would see as weirdly easy, because the fallen superhero/good guy is such a classic and he'd have so much material to lean on that he could probably do it with ease.

2. I'm not sure a specific turn has shocked me. The Masters/Harris axis was always really fun.

3. I see Dicey with loads of scope...I'd also love to get an inspired Marky on a heel Adamson rampage, as well as my usual love for Enforcer. Lex might also make a good face veteran. And Perez has loads of really dark heel potential

I either ask questions I want to answer or have an answer for anything ...and I agree with you about Perez, he's a pervert and only a few steps away from stalking.

Crime Lord - he's never turned and I just don't think it'd be worth it or realistic to the character. There was a brief period where he was against Jones where he skirted the line, but generally I think he's a heel through and through. I'm also not sure I'd ever really enjoy doing face promos with Crime Lord. 

I disagree with not being able to turn Cassius face, it's worked great in the past, he's not full face, but closest analogy is Brock Lesnar's run recently where he was basically a face. 

2. Have there been any heel or face turns that have shocked you in 6CW/6WF and why?


Plenty - but can't think of any off of the top of my head...I've always preferred a heel turn as they tend to be more shocking and unexpected whereas face turns tend to be a more gradual change in character. 

3. If you could turn any superstar heel or face who would you pick?


I'd turn Marshall face, I think Marsh can be a really funny character but able to turn up the intensity when needed, which is perfect for a face and heel character. Kurt Angle-esque. With Max Adamson seemingly leaving, leaves the perfect spot for Marshall.

At this moment in time I couldn't see Zhi or Crime Lord turning

When Lex Hart was revealed at the leader of Genesis (broke poor Dicey's heart)

If Grace was around a slow heel turn would be great as he could be seen as two faced and doing heelish things before he left

Saves a cat from a burning building, turns out be some kind of devil cat who set it on fire in the first place, louder boos.
