V2 WWC 2016- 1st Round Group G

Welcome to Day 4 of the 2016 V2 WWC, fun fact of today's group is the only one of the first round to feature no performers from the USA

Went Ospreay and Gallagher out of pure bias but Joe should be voted ahead of Gallagher.

Naito been best heel in wrasslin for atleast 12 months easily.

Joe and Galloway as I am a big fat mark.

Another difficult group, I started trying to detail why I would or wouldn't vote for people but outside of the Usos it's hard to say anything critical of the other guys as they've all had great years but to me 3 stand out above the rest

Joe has been doing great work with his heel character, I've really enjoyed his championship run, his matches haven't been top top drawer but they've been really good and he's finally started to exude the menace that came so easily to him a decade ago and was stomped out of him in TNA

Ospreay has just been a shooting star in terms of his ascent to the top of the wrestling world, almost every time he's stepped into the ring and delivered an eye popping performance, with Wrestlemania weekend and BOLA he had 2 3 day stints where he delivered a MOTY contender per night, matches with KUSHIDA and Dunne were also particular highlights, easily one of the top 5 in ring performers in the world this year

As the frontman for LIJ, Naito has just been charisma personified, with shades of 96 Austin and Pipebomb Punk the guy has just been cool anti authority and has gone from being the Dolph Ziggler of New Japan to one of the hottest acts in the world, in ring, particularly early in the year, trying to work his disinterested/lazy character into his matches made the quality suffer some what, but since New Japan cup he's rectified that some what and has had great matches with Okada, Ishii and Omega in particular

So it's a tough choice but I'm going to go for Ospreay and Naito as they're the 2 acts I've found most exciting this year and moving forward into 2017

Really tough group. Wanna put 4 guys through.

I have gone for Will Ospreay and Jack Gallagher.

Ospreay matches all around have been absolutely incredible, sky really is the limit for this young man.

Gallagher has been one of my favourite guys in progress and was my favourite participant in the Cruserweight classic. Very much looking forward to him debuting on Raw.
