V2 WWC 2016- 2nd Round Group E

The 2nd Round of the 2016 V2 WWC continues today with another bumper day of 3 Groups to get us back on schedule

Mark Haskins was the suprise of the 1st Round, in seeding terms at least, can he continue to upset the odds and make his way to the Quarterfinals

Please vote for the wrestler you believe has generated the best work in the past 12 months

Remember from the 2nd round onwards each person is allowed only 1 vote per group!

Happy WWC-ing

Went for Haskins, quite simply sensational this year. Held 6 different Heavyweight titles across the indies simultaneously until having to vacate them all last month due to injury.

Miz with ease

I've surprised myself and gone for Lesnar

Miz has had an amazing year. I think he is finally no longer under-rated

But controversy creates cash and Lesnar has been involved in THE 2 talking points of the year - Orton and Goldberg. And a PPV feels a lot bigger when he is headlining it.

I love Brock Lesnar and despite a disappointing year he's still the most exciting thing in WWE, it makes everybody perk up when he is around. I'd like to see him have matches that he was producing from 2013-2015 again soon though as he will start to lose his special attraction if the matches are repetitive. I think some have started to produce revisionist history with Lesnar and act like he never put in effort. His matches with CM Punk, John Cena, the triple threat at RR15 and his Undertaker matches were all really great. His booking has been really poor and I can't say I'm massively excited for matches with Goldberg. 

Saying that, I think The Miz has been one of the standout performers of WWE for the year. I don't want him in the main event again but as a midcard heel I think he's perfect and Maryse has added another level to him. I think he's managed to make Dolph Ziggler more entertaining, he cut the best promo of the year on Talking Smack and has been generally top quality. He's always been quite underrated in general. 

I don't get Bayley at all.

A few years ago I would fast forward through Miz segments. The guy was boring and bland and just meh. This 'Hollywood A-lister' gimmick has been exceptional and he's playing it perfectly. Its no longer a case of 'oh, Miz is on. Great' but its one of the must see moments of the night.

He's went from 'wouldnt miss him if he was gone' to legitmately being in the conversation for greatest IC champion ever. Could win the whole thing

He couldn't do what Miz does. Haskins is a fine wrestler, but he's not standout or must see.

Went for Haskins because I'm a match guy and I like an underdog but the Miz is tremendous
