At last the final objections have been officially rejected and the long running plans and aspirations can now start, whilst respecting the Trust covenant.
Many still wonder if an 18k stadium is future proofed to cater for demand compared to other AP clubs but the club can't wait any longer, as one of the last to sort out a modern stadium, distinct from the amateur era.
The costs will be borne by the owner, who is very unlikely to ever make a comparable return and with no supporting Union or municipal funding.
Exciting times.
