Nope, not back in the race. I mentioned months ago that a mate of mine runs a wine importing business that I have a very tiny share in having lent him some money back when he started up. I've been doing some very part time work for him which is good fun. Mrs Windows is a very skilled seamstress/dress maker which she has done in her limited spare time over the years. She makes wedding/evening dresses but only used to do one or two a year. She is doing more of those now. So between those two things, we are keeping the wolves from the door.

I do plan on doing some sort of OU course in entomology at some point but at the moment I am just doing all the fatherly things I spent 15 years missing out on.

New job then. Still in the cut and thrust of corporate law I assume?

Yep, I still talk s**t for a living but no change there, but now working in Leeds rather than having to drive down south every f***ing day.

Not been back to the motherland for a while, which my old man keeps reminding me of with the "Still Alive" opener to most conversations.

I was back there about 3 weeks ago for a mates wedding. Well, second wedding already at the age of 39. Not bad going for the lad. Hit a few of the pubs in Runcorn and they are still as sh*te as I remember. P*ssed in the sink in my hotel room as it felt like the correct thing to do.
