I'd guess it may be an impact sensor given his history of concussion. Just a guess though

Very lucky, looked a fair competition for the ball until he wrapped his arms. YC at least and a RC could have been expected under the guidelines.

Interesting game. France not too worried about structure, they just offload and get the ball away from contact fast. Scotland might do well if France run out of energy

We're certainly on the ropes but only 2 points behind - huge effort required in the 2nd half.
Very lightweight in the backrow now and Strauss won't last 80 - Swinson to 8?

Yep, France look like they've reacquainted themselves with their inner Madness. Wild and wonderful to watch but oh so dangerous with some interception possibilities if Scotland become alive to them.

There is a very big chance of that, they did somewhat against England and Scotland gained energy towards the end against Ireland.
Scotland are well in this

France are going to get all the scrum penalties even though their loosehead dropped first

We don't deserve to win when our 10 can't kick a ball and our restarts are so poor

This is getting silly. No way will Russell get on the plane for the lions when his kicking is so awful

Unbelievable. If Scotland lose by two points, or one, or even draw. Sheesh.

Do I not know the rules or are French support players diving in off their feet illegally to protect French ball at the breakdown?

This quarter turned into a disrupted scrap after a brilliant first half. Real shame. Hoping the flow of injuries stops and we see a good finish.

It's good for Scotland though, a penalty could be the difference. Shame about Russell's missed conversion!

Very harsh decision there I think, looked like there was still contact when grounded.
