I am sorry if conspiracy theories run amok on FB chat but that isn't anything to do with me. I pity how people thought I was serious, bearing in mind the immediate few posts by me before it!

And yes I do have to say to people, please take negative criticism on the chin for that very reason - people start thinking "oh he is obviously talking about me". It is stupid.

The tree was never created to be something where we all pat each other on the back and say everyone is equally as great with their promo writing. What is the point of that? So a bit of a disclaimer is needed, because I know how you guys are, saying the feedback you get might not always be positive but it will be constructive and honest opinion.

I am just trying to do something a bit different and what I know people used to enjoy. I don't have to.

I'd say the best promoers at the moment are Cassius, Liam, Dicey, JJ and Engel. There's a reason they are where they are.

Maybe we'll find out who's promos put Nando to sleep

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tree idea and fits perfectly into the fed.

Feedback of a critical nature is the best feedback and i feel has been a huge factor in me finding some consistency at a time when Engel was all over the place. Sure thats kind of his character but its not a shield i can hide behind in the upper midcard. Its a bit too competitive.

Best Promoers for me at present are Zhi, Cerberus and O'Callaghan and its gone hand in hand with there strong showings on the show.

I bought some rolls from Greggs on way home from work so think it may be bacon rolls today.

Lunch today is last night's leftover Pizza Hut. BBQ Meat Feast.

The Tree is a p*ssing contest and an ego rub for people who are desperate for it. Always creates conflict and animosity. I think it's a brilliant idea.

I think the tree of promoers is just who are the champions, who are the number one contenders, who's getting the cool storylines and who's opening he show vs Chad Dack isn't it?

I don't see a need for any further validation than that. It's just from a wider pool of people than creative. Though as Morrissey said, evidently writing about his experience of e-fedding, "they say they respect me, which means their judgement is crazy". Feedback is only as good as its contributors - and you lot are nuts!

No that is for characters Demon. This is irrespective of storylines. So if Rasta, God bless him, was knocking it out of the park every week he could be at the top of the tree - even though he is jobbing every week.

Using the card as a measure is only in the opinions of the bookers. This is the opinion of us normoes

Somewhat in my opinion. There are people I haven't represented as well on the card as they deserve.

Yesh started at 15 stone, done to under 13 with another 30 days still to go. Should be about 12 stone by time the plan finishes which is about right.

JJ I really enjoyed your promo and kind words in the feed back thread means a lot man.

Dicey vs JJ could be the next huge feud and in my mind no two promoers better at pulling that kind of thing off. I like it man.

I'm just doing books and DVD. No idea how much weight I've lost because I'm judging it on body shape, but there is a massive difference in 2 months. I've dropped a shirt size

Yes, its really good. (Well except doing weights, hate that its so boring)

But be worth it when i am kicking it down with rock hard abs.

Just got under two hours for first time ever in Half Marathon by just doing this training so fitness wise it works too.

Never usef the DVD whats it like
