Slowly getting better. I'm hoping to play at the weekend in the next match, although I probably won't be at 100% by then, and would risk making it worse again. Tricky decision.

Yeah, I know what that feels like. Best to let it heal for a bit longer and maybe start stretching it over the weekend.

I've had this strange calf strain... don't know exactly how I did it. Probably moving barrows of pebbles around the place a couple of months back. Sort of a deep dull ache which is taking some time to go away. Hope it's not a blood clot. Probably should get it checked.

Is your leg swollen or tingling? If it was a couple of months ago, wouldn't you be dead by now?

Not swollen but very sore for a day or so. No tingling.

Gutentag Notches, F*ck you TLD this thread will never die, it's just hibernating. As for your leg, do some lunges, if it heals the next day it was just a knot, if it tears and you scream in agony writhing on the floor and you've bitten through your tongue, it might be something more serious.
