New Boxing Mag: Free Preview
This is outstanding stuff from (mainly) the former Ring team (back when the mag was good):

Pretty solid actually but a little unwieldy. No way to turn it into a book form like ebooks?

the world's greatest boxing writers... and nigel collins!
Whilst the idea of informed articulate boxing writing in a modern fresh format is an admirable concept, it will be interesting to see what the market is for it.
As for the donate $10 and IF they get enough contributions you'll get a link to the full mag. Good luck with that.

You're not charged unless they meet their funding goal on Kickstarter.

Re: New Boxing Mag: Free Preview
They might get a few more bucks if they made it clearer to those who aren't familiar with crowdfunding.
I just read blurb before but having clicked on the link I can see they're only targeting $5k. Presumably they're just after exposure and testing routes to market, building business case etc.
Otherwise , getting people to front up an over the top amount of money... for an issue of a mag with no price that may or may not happen... seems on the wishful thinking end of the marketing spectrum.
Whichever, start up funding is not my bag, content looked good though so best of luck to them.

Collins is a great writer - one of the best around. What's your beef with NC?
