Have the officials no concept of a forward pass? Every try has had one!

This would be a really poor end to a great game.

Bit of a freak accident this one but wouldn't complain about a red.

Probably a penalty to Scarlets the way this ref is going.

Hmmmm. Suppose of you lift the legs you run the risk of getting the red

Correct decision - there was no reason to lift his legs up

Ah Love sacks, a fantastic game ruined now. Ref had no choice though.

In slow motion it did look pretty awful. Right on his head.

See the penalty your homer gave against Davies ; you're as one-eyed as the blinkered crowd.

Wouldn't call it a freak accident - there was no reason for him to lift the legs up (it's not like it was momentum) and as soon as you do you run the risk of a red.

Poor play by Lee, his intervention got Evans (rightly) sent off.

Yeah the only question there really is should it have been a red to Evans or Lee who I think probably caused it overall.

Scarlets should keep the lead. They've taken every opportunity and Leinster have been Shiite with Sexton leading the Poopie.

Well that's incorrect as Ringerose trying to twist out of the tackle game him momentum, and it looks like he was double lifted too. Just earlier on Sexton struck Davies who was then penalised for self defence.

Re: Pro12 Semi Finals, build up and info
That will depend on whether Leinster decide to stop dropping the ball or shooting out of the defensive line and missing tackles. It is certainly still possible for the Scarlets to win as Leinster aren't playing as if this is knockout rugby.

Patchell is having a good game, why isn't he in the frame for Wales?

Sextons temperament is a weak point for the Lions if he is selected as the No10, penalty should have been against him.

The view from behind was best - there was an initial hit then a deliberate leg lift after. He wouldn't have landed on his head if there wasn't the leg lift.

Oh wise up would you, Davies was the one trying to front up to Sexton and looked suspiciously like Davies throwing a few shots at Sexton on the ground

I'm almost sure Davies struck Sexton in the face while he was on the ground. Only saw it on one angle which was shown once. Could be wrong though.

Sexton struck him to the face first. The irish high horse brigade are making a comeback now are they? You guys are funny.

I said it was a double leg lift so I didn't disagree with that. I thought there was definitely momentum and it was a really high tempo state of play which is why I thought it was accidental.

I certainly don't think it was malicious I just can't see how it can be classed as a freak accident when there was a deliberate lift
