British & Irish Lions should treat the remaining games like a Baabaas Tour as 'THE TOUR IS OVER'

First topic message reminder :

Based on what I've seen so far and on the form of players/coaches during the 6 nations.............The Tour is already over.
We might as well accept that the task of bringing together this number of players in the timescales that we had is simple not enough to beat NZ in NZ.

Lets treat it as a Baabaas Tour go out there and have fun throwing the ball around the park and play entertaining rugby for the fans.

As we already know Gatlands and Howley's tactics are not up to the job to beating top class NZ talent, so what the hell have fun lads.

This Lions side will get better when the combinations start clicking,two
very wet pitches.Lions had the better of the Scrum.line outs were more
or less even.
There defence was good,there tactical kicking abysmal,attacking backplay
with one exception ineffective.
Ioane was unlucky could have had 4 tries not 1,Crusaders play a solid
setpiece.Excellent backrow,a 10 on recent form on a par with Barrett
plus good goalkicker.
Missing Crotty,Read,Sam Barrett,but the pack has 6 AllBlacks.plus a
couple on the bench.
Advice don`t attempt aerial ping pong with Havili and Dagg starting
they`ll run it back at you.

the game. Crusaders play a much more structured game the
Lions may find suits them better.
Just pointing out kicking loosley to any top NZ side they will run it straight
back at you

Good to see you're actually watching games now rather than reading reports about them anyway.

Bad news guys, watched the Lions train and the box kick was being used a lot and the ball never got beyond the 12 channel.

More of the same on the way this Saturday me thinks.

Off topic does the WRU get extra money if a player of theirs is the Lions captain for each game?

No I'm a rugby fan and love the Lions yet it pains me what we have become under Gatland.

This is a rugby forum where by people have different views, simple don't read it if you want to live in La La Land and believe everything is good.
