He's having a poor game, though WBA should have certainly scored in the immediate aftermath.
Quite astonishing they haven't got at least one goal so far, in all honesty.

It is funny seeing Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool all up in there in top 5 after all three have been in "crisis". It's far too early to start judging seasons I feel. 10 games in has got to be the minimum of when you start asking questions about the season bar absolute catastrophes like Crystal Palace.

Crisis is probably overstated but criticism is fair when the exact same problems that cost you last year haven't been addressed at all.

Not sure anyone has said anyone was in crisis. Liverpool and Tottenham have yet to show their problems are behind them though

Last year everyone stated the issue with Liverpool was their leaky defense.
So far this season they've conceded 11 goals in 6 games, the same as 2nd bottom Bournemouth. Huddersfield meanwhile have conceded 3 goals.

Alli banned for 1 game for the gesture..
I think he should have had more, especially as he was playing for his country at the time but i get the impression that as he's an up and coming star that may have helped the situation for him..

I know, gotta remember its supposed to be a role model thing although thats hard to say when we have had players like Joey Barton in the Prem.
Just think of it like this, if I did that in my office and got caught, I wouldnt be banned for 1 day and I would have disciplinaries etc. The funny thing is it doesnt offend me directly I just think it comes down to professionalism and I think for however much hes on per week it wouldnt be difficult mate

Questions like "was that a reality check" irk me.
I'm sure Huddersfield know what they're up against. Days like this are going to happen.

Not sure why you're so critical of him; he's scored 11 in ten games while the team has been scoring for fun.

Just don't think he's that great a player, misses a lot of easy chances. Will score loads in 4-0 wins but over the course of a season i think his misses will cost points.

Great win for city but great timing getting Chelsea after atletico away.
Chelsea look leggy already.
Really poor from conte after morata injury, thought Chelsea looked better after batsuai came on.

Wouldn't say leggy, just outclassed in nearly every department. It's a Manchester duel & I'll imagine Spurs will end up in no-mans land in third. Fourth should be Chelsea's, but now the reality has set in for them that the title looks unlikely, heads might drop.

There's a lad called Zlatan due back soon, if the Big Belgian is misfiring the Swede will gleefully take the mantle. I would happily take Lukaku for Arsenal...Ent wrote:LionsV2 wrote:Not sure why you're so critical of him; he's scored 11 in ten games while the team has been scoring for fun.
