Hartley has changed of late. Far meeker and milder - "Suh, please Suh! How do we um..how do we ruck with the Italians?"

If I may ask a genuine question, I heard somewhere in the past week that George doesn't hook with his foot in the scrum. Uses his knee instead. Is this true and how does it help / hinder?
