I don't - the source is e.g. Ripley's Believe it or Not, and other sites, which state how the bird came to be named after the country.
Technically, the Republic of Turkey wasn't a country until after WW1, but the region has been referred to as Turkey for a long time and the bird was named after it, in some long-winded way.

I've tried to put one question in each round that would also fall into the theme of another round. The turkey question would also fit into my 'Six of One' round.
