Challenge League Rules

TM – Frozen Values once the players are in the squad until the end of the game season, this will be how they stay until they exit the team - This means that even if a players value rises or reduces it will stay the same regardless until they exit the squad or until the end of the game season.

200 word tactics (only including subs instructions and written instructions) - £750k for tactics each week - Late tactics without a valid reason means you will not receive your £750k. You must include a list of your injured players for that week, at the start of your tactics.

Votes – All managers vote on different games assigned for that week – simple vote on who wins (no draws). Unanimous win gets +2 “goal difference”, split vote win gets +1 “goal difference”

No match scores or goalscorers.

League table decided by:
1) Number of wins
2) Goal difference
3) Results between two teams

You will recieve £750k ONLY when you provide feedback as well as a result - Late votes without a valid reason means you will not receive your £750k

Transfers – 2 TP's per week limit using Transfermarkt.co.uk however as stated above, once these players are brought into the squad they must be frozen at that price. All transfers must be confirmed on the Confirmation page within 24 hours of the original bid. £30m cap on TM prices to be brought into the league for the first season meaning no player can be brought in above this value. If you don't use your 2 TP's for either your youth squad or main squad, you will not be able to use these for your other squad that didn't use any TP's. 

Players in the league are assigned at the TM price they are brought into the league at and they can only ever have a price rise if they leave the league via Lawyers or Releases or at the end of the season.

Domestic transfers - These are transfers between managers in the league, this means you can make trades for players including cash as well - If there are any deals that are brought into question they will be reviewed by the league runner and cancelled if deemed unfair. The only time that these are frozen is when a player is brought in from foreign's and this freeze will last two weeks to save anyone trying to get around the 2 TP a week rule.

Loans – Half season loans or Full season loans only, these need to be posted on the loans page and transfer confirmation page.

Lawyers – You will receive 2 lawyer offers per week at 10% above the frozen TM value on 2 members of your squad, it is your choice if you accept but this is a way of bringing in cash for your project. If a player is sold through lawyers, they are unavailable for purchase for 1 calendar month after the release. Following a month, they can be bought, through the usual TP method, for their TM value at that point.


Releases – 2 releases per week, these will be at the frozen TM value -25% and these will also need to be confirmed on the Transfer Confirmation page. When players are released, they are unavailable for purchase for 1 calendar month after the release. Following a month, they can be bought, through the usual TP method, for their TM value at that point.

Injuries – 3 Injuries picked per week at random by random.org - If the same player is pulled out of the hat for the 3rd week, it will be redrawn. An injury means that they can't play in that game week and if a team do so, they will be seen to be playing with only 10 players (or 9/8 if further injured players are played) without those injured. You must include a list of your injuries on your tactics. If you spot a team is playing an injured player, then you must highlight it to the other voters for that game.
One weekly Press conference will be provided and this will be awarded with £500k if you answer the questions, these will run from Thursday until the next Thursday midnight.

The Squad limit in the league is 25 - If you have anything above that at the squad cut off each week, you will get an extra injury the next week for every player extra over the limit.

Press Conferences - Each week there will be a press conference created by one of the managers in the league in which questions will be asked and you can answer for a £500k bonus at the end of it, this can be added on completion of the press conference post. This will be monitored as shorter answers will NOT be accepted and money will not be given out to anyone who does not follow this.

Weekly Schedule (Unless Specified Otherwise)

Tuesday 9am = Start of new gameweek when Lawyers and Injuries are announced
Thursday Midnight = Squad cut off point, anyone brought into your squad after midnight will not be able to play in the current gameweek.
Friday Midnight = Deadline for weekly tactics sent to Holymiky who will post these up Friday night or during Saturday
Monday Night = Deadline for gameweek voting sent to Holymiky
