A Genius Idea!

Every fighter has their first pro fight against a top, top guy i.e. basically guaranteed to lose!

That way they lose their '0' so prevents them being overly protective of their unbeaten record which can influence the people they fight.

Now there's an oxymoron if ever there was one.

However, because I now can, have one of these :

So, these top fighters...do they take a massive pay cut as no-one is interested in paying to watch them beat up a guy who wouldn't make it as a sparring partner or do these novice pros get paid more money for their first fight than some guy who's been plugging away for years without getting a sniff at a decent pay day?

Is it against house rules to have an article which isn't meant to be serious?

Is it against house rules to post a comment which criticises an article for being stupid and pointing out the flaws in the supposedly applause worthy idea?

As for a sense of humour, you've tried (and failed) since your BBC 606 days to come up with a "witty" username and yet feel that your current one is your best effort to date.

better idea that is more practical and kills 2 birds with one stone. every boxer making a pro debut has to box audley harrison, that way were spared the "come back" and get to see any decent newcomer batter A farce. i dont see any problems with this.

Not sure? I am currently testing the limits of the MODs on the wrestling board - ask ask the tart thread. No email as yet though......

nope, all the way down to flyweight. anything after welterweight audley may be seen to have an slight advantage, so he will face 2 peopel at the same time below that.
