Let's be honest they are having a nightmare at present with injuries. Hell of a job to avoid the middle 8's but I suspect expectations will be fairly low which cannot hurt.

Got to wonder what young English coaches in the lower divisions (Ford at York for example), or assistant managers have to do to get a SLOUGH job.
