Mine are
Best Moment
Best Try
Lamour though there were alot
Best player to exceed expectation
James Ryan its his first season and is a contender for best player or any Edinburgh player
Most disappointing player
Not sure, Carbry start off second choice at FB & FH now third in both
Saddest moment
When I realized that Kings and Dragons weren't going to be up to much
Funniest Moment
Hearing a player was out injured because he was bitten by a lion
One thing done well by the Pro 14
Rolling out the conferences on short notice
One thing to improve on by the Pro 14
Need to work on getting the calender out earlier next season
Get a commitment that Cheetahs and Kings have a plan to improve and retain players

From a Leinster point of view, Larmour jinking against Munster in Thomond and running it in from distance, Larmour sidestepping Henderson in Ravenhill and running it in are joint second favourite moments. Number one has to be McFadden try at RDS against Ulster over Christmas/Jan - Ulster attacking in the 22, Henshaw steals the ball in the tackle, Porter then busts through 3 (shocking poor attempts at a) tackle, before JGP takes the pass from him and nips past another flat footed defender before McFadden put on the afterburners (that you never think he has, until he runs away from a speedster) for the score. Was the moment Porter went from a prospect to a serious contender.

Try - the one where Matawalu more or less single handedly beat ever player on the opposition team before passing to someone else to score it

Best player - probably Owen Lane
Worst player - Kirchner
Saddest moment - realising both Scarlets v Leinster games were during the 6Ns
Funniest moment - lion non-tamer
Well done - getting the conference stuff up and running, and seeming to work ok
Improvement needed - scheduling, but I accept some of that is out of their hands

Kirchner hasn’t been too bad, when played at 15.

He’s just been a bit disappointing, I hoped he would add some experience and leadership to your backs, but he’s either been injured, off colour or out of position. Fingers crossed he proves me wrong next season.

I think picking the play you feel was worse does mean they were bad just not as good as you had hoped.
Otherwise the worse player would be anyone in the Kings squad who didn't play a game.
