Brendan Ingle R.I.P.
Sad news today, trainer Brendan Ingle has passed away, coached numerous successful fighters including World Champions, Nazeem Hamed, Johnny Nelson, Kell Brook & Junior Witter.
R.I.P. thoughts and best wishes with his family and friends through this difficult time.

Sad to see the loss.
But you've missed a trick. Dean Francis died today as well, at a youthful 44.
Terrible losses both.

You are correct I had not seen that and yes very sad news. Remember watching him early in his career thinking he could win a world title, whilst not quite making it to that level he was a fine fighter and family man taken much too soon. R.I.P.

Always think it is what people like Brendan Ingle do away from the bright lights that should be praised more than what they do under them..
Setting up a place for youngsters to find role models who don't always have them...A place to release aggression and perhaps putting them on a more positive and productive road in life....Learning respect and Community values..
We have a poster on here who does the same good work...
Certainly an interesting and talented Trainer with an engaging personality..
Rest in Peace...

As put above, a real father figure to those who had nowhere to go. Helped many a no-hoper feel wanted and gave a lot of half decent fighters realise their potential.
Unorthodox and successful, he was a real breath of fresh air. A sad loss.
