Keeper Rules

- 3 players per year max.
- Can keep players twice (so three years total per guy) before forcible release.
- Players take the value of their draft round in the first redraft.
- Players move up in value by 5 rounds for the second redraft, or as high as they can go otherwise.
- If you end up with stacked picks (multiple players as keepers who count as the same round) they build up backward. e.g. if my keepers are draft picks 3, 4 and 5, I would lose draft picks 3, 4 and 5 in the first redraft and 1, 2 and 3 in the second as each player would be upgraded to an effective 1st rounder by the 5 round rule and therefore stack up.
- Undrafted players are valued at round 10 for the first redraft.
- Traded players initially count as there drafted position with the +5 rule in effect for all subsequent years.
- Years of eligibility are team specific, based on the round value of the player when traded to you. e.g. if a player is drafted in round 12 and is kept by another team for one season they will be valued as a round 7 pick when traded in year two due to the +5 rule.
- Abuse of the above rule by trading away a player over the keeper period only to get them back afterward will invalidate the resetting of two year eligibility.
- Once a player has no eligibility left on a given team they will count as a 1st rounder if traded away to somebody else and retained

the QB & TE's are fairly close ,,So its basically Adams & Mixon for Zeke IMO ..Not a trade I would make [Cowboys fans are biased] but both players are happy so good luck

Was a tough decision to be honest as have Adams in the other league but I see it as slight upgrade at QB and TE and gaining Zeke was too much to turn down!

So keeping Greg Olsen worked well for me...

If you go to the league, select "My Team", you should get a popup box over your squad asking to a) Select keepers, or b) Edit rankings

Through that you can see who you have from the drop down list

The perennial question is where to figure out which round your keepers would count as.. any ideas on that one?!

Still missing 3, but Barney92 has set keepers and I expect number-25 to be back... not sure about Take it to the House.

Probably want to freeze the keepers on the weekend, so I can set up the draft. Might ponder setting temporary keepers for those yet to respond, in case we need a new owner and they would appreciate keepers!

I cannot actually see them on the website on safari on my iPhone which appears to be set up similarly to the app? Anyone encountered this issue?

The Safari website is the same as the app, you need to go on via a desktop to be able to pick. Alternatively, try holding down on the refresh button in the top right corner and "request desktop site" then reload the league page

Worst case would probably be asking dave to pick the keepers for you, I think he can do that as the commissioner
