Oh and Dell is on the bench for Irish this week. He surely won't be first choice in February if it continues like this.

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
This ref is a bit clueless. Offsides at mauls seem to be a forgot part of the rulebook today

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
Scrappy first half. Wasps look like they've remembered what a rugby team looks like but are still making a lot of mistakes. Edinburgh have had hardly any ball.
All to play for!

Why do we continue to turn down easy kicks at goal?

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
We should be 9 or 12-7 up given how many kicks we've turned down then butchered the attack

Every sodding time we get in a position to score we screw it up with a basic error

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
I’m still trying to figure out why the ref can give a yellow card for a penalty in the lead up to a try attempt and not give the penalty try

Some odd odd reffing and a wasps team that couldn’t get through the Edinburgh line

That's what happens when we take the kicks at goal!

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
So Edinburgh pretty much guaranteed a QF, with the Bordeaux game in January deciding who tops the group.
I'll be there!

Great result. Sounds like the defence was decent.

In parts but we also relied on Wasps messing up their own chances.
In truth it was two poor teams - Wasps had more than enough to win so they'll be disappointed to lose again.

Re: Edinburgh V Wasps
Hodge has hailed it as a 'great team win'. Sounds like someone trying to use any success to justify staying in role despite the fact the edinburgh attack was definitely lacking in the red zone, a recurring theme.
This said, to win sloppily is still to win but I'd argue Edinburgh are a decent attack coach away from being a great side. Certainly look more complete than Glasgow at the moment who desperately need to invest in recruitment for 20/21

Yeah we've got the backbone of a strong team - decent defence and one of the strongest packs in league. We have a lot of talent in the backs but they're just not getting used properly.

How many times have you said that since Cockers arrived?
Mind, I may make the next fortnight a rugby free zone. Or the rest of the season.
