First topic message reminder :
JJ,
Sorry about lack of a promo for last show, I was on holiday and took delivery of our puppy, truth be told, I needed a break from life.
Will sort something with Marky.

Good afternoon sports fans
I see nobody has posted on here in months. Apologies to all when I just fell off the radar, life and all that.
Got to admit I kind of wish this place was still thriving
Anyways if anyone reads this I hope you are keeping well

I think all of our skills would be very rusty, it’s been a long time.
I wonder if there would be any interest in a revival?

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
I’m ok thank you mate, I can’t complain.
So far I’ve had (including myself) six sign ups.
If you wanted to add an oriental flavour that would make seven. And would also be amazing.
I wanted eight to get started again, but ten and above would be outstanding.

Two bank holidays in a row, three 3 day weekends this month haha. Although I think I’m down to work at least one of them.
Absolutely agree mate, the community is what I miss the most. Looking forward to getting one or two more sign ups so I can get started on designing a show and the setup

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Quick update lads
Still waiting to hear from people but I think I’m up to around the 8 mark so I am going to start thinking of designing an opening card and making plans etc
If everyone who reads this could confirm for me what character they are going to use or PM me to discuss any directions.
Cheers guys. Genuinely very excited to get this going

And absolutely this is a no politics situation. I genuinely just want a little chilled out escape for our nerdy pastime. As I’ve already said the weekly shows are not going to be 50k word epics. And I’m not expecting anyone to dedicate insane amounts of time to promos etc. just want us all to have a good time
Welcome back Nay, you absolute legend. Tremendous news

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Rasta will be in charge of Wellness so should be a few sighs of relief around the backstage area.
My PMs are always open, DP, but any complaints and I’ll do the exact opposite of what is being asked
First show announcement will be today

Official announcement of the return.
The first promo thread will go up today fellas and feel free to drop any intros for your characters. There won’t be any matches announced for the first show as I want to keep a few things under wraps but happy for you to drop as many or as few promos as you like to build it up. Also feel free to drop me a message if there’s anything you’re unsure of or want details on to make your promos as informative as possible.
Just want to say thanks to everyone for signing up and making this possible again.
A few details to be aware of. The shows will be weekly but I’m not expecting anyone to go above and beyond with promos. This is about enjoying and having a laugh. Do as much or as little as you like. Making it known from the outset that the weekly shows are not going to be wrote in full like the old days. I’ll pick and choose certain matches/segments to be wrote in full and I’ll be bullet pointing some of the key aspects of the shows. We all have lives outside of this and I’m not expecting anyone, including myself, to drown themselves in what should be a fun pastime.
I’ve definitely burnt myself out in the past and that is not the aim this time around. I will write the ppvs in full and if at any time anyone fancies helping out with a match or two then great but I’m not expecting it (hence the shortened versions of shows).
I will also post a 2023 schedule so that you can all see how
I’m planning on doing things.
Any questions please feel free to ask lads. Welcome back to you all
