First topic message reminder :
JJ,
Sorry about lack of a promo for last show, I was on holiday and took delivery of our puppy, truth be told, I needed a break from life.
Will sort something with Marky.

I think 6CWF needs gimmick matches as feud enders, not just because it's that time of the year (like WWE Elimination Chamber)

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Promo up
I think a "Time Attack in a Cell" could be a very interesting match type to be honest, certainly one to be considered for a future storyline.
I agree that gimmick matches are better served for feud enders or at least feuds that really need them.
Submission and Time Attack are the only match types being used at "From the Ashes" as I don't think there has been enough groundwork yet to develop any feuds beyond that level but that time will come. In my head I can already seen the direction of certain characters and stories than can lead to gimmick matches but it all has to make sense and not just as a throwaway.
As for blood...I think it has its place but it can't be overdone. I do believe it adds to certain matches and is very believable in select situations but again if its every match or just a random bout on a weekly show then it starts to lose its power.

Maybe the 6CWF referees could patch the contractors up during a match?

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Top job on the promos lads, I’ve enjoyed them. I know a few haven’t been able to but like I said when I set this up, I’m not expecting anyone to put this before real life.
So update on tomorrow:
Will be an evening post. Tomorrow is officially our moving in day so gonna be hectic morning and afternoon. Will be settled and chilled some time in the night to post, just so nobody is hanging around all day expecting a post
Matches are wrote in full. Segments wise there is a mix. Some will be full, some will be in the shortened style of the weekly shows. 30 segments give or take for the show and not every single one needed to be expanded on but still add to the show. Just letting you so everyone knows what to expect

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Apologies for the inactivity this past week and a bit. Probably the worst time for me personally for this first PPV show as whilst I'm still relatively new in my job, I'm having to cover two other peoples work on top of my own. Stress levels through the roof. Usually been able to find time in teh working day to do work on a promo, no such luck here
Should be back to normal next week when everybody gets back from leave, but my apologies to JJ and Marky for the lack of a promo leading in to this

There'll be some screwy underhand finish to the submission match.

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
Afternoon lads. Hope everyone is well
Show is complete. I really am looking forward to posting it and getting everyone's honest feedback on it.
It will be an evening post as I have said. We are moving today and the missus has decided to also get her nails done whilst I'm hauling boxes and sh1t. I'd get more work done out of my 4 year old.
Get on here around 8-9ish and I'll be posting.

Full results are up lads, I hope you all enjoy
All discussion in the feedback thread please to avoid spoilers. As ever if anyone needs to ask anything then drop me a PM although I probably won't respond until tomorrow....I forgot how tiring this can be
New card isn't going up until Monday morning or Sunday night at the earliest to allow everyone chance to read and digest the show.

New card. For those of you who don’t yet have a match announcement, you will be involved in the show and may yet have matches. I just couldn’t announce everything for storyline purposes

It’s our version of the ‘King of the Ring’ mate. Winner is the King of 6CWF and you’ll have to wait until the next show to find out what other privileges are involved

When did GazzyD and Christy James start pumping and then got married?
I'm sensing a GazzyD vs Uryu Ishida custody of Christy James in a ladder match. She will be suspended above the ring ala Chyna Unforgiven 1998 however

Re: 6CWF Chat v1 (100th edition)
You think there's any truth in this United wanting Pickford rumour?
I actually don't mind Pickford, think some of the criticism he gets is OTT, Everton certai ly would have been down had it not been for some of the saves he's made. But was surprised when I read we were linked, seems a bit of a lateral when surely if you're moving on from De Gea you would need to find an improvement on him

I'd guess there's probably a release clause for a champions league club mate. Everton are fully in the mud and he had all the power during the contact negotiations in February.

haha I do this all the time after posting promos, I read it back and instantly hate everything about it but you've nothing to worry about. It was a really good promo and i look forward to seeing more going forward
I too think that theres not much to this pickford story, but then in some ways given some of the terrible transfer business we've done I think there's always a part of me that wouldn't put it passed us to do this
