Ireland vs England
First topic message reminder :
Thought I'd set up a neutral venue.
Some team news is that Ryan and Ringrose have been ruled out for the home team.
No sign as yet of Underhill so Wilson on for another start unless Jones gets brave and picks Martin from the off. May actually be tempted as POM is back available.

Re: Ireland vs England
In the replay looked like the Ireland players folded in under the rolling maul there?

Good kick from Sexton and good tackle by Henshaw leading to the pen.
Good defence by Ireland to keep England out.

Mullins is really good. I think they should both be calling the big games. Liked Ian Robertson most of all.No 7&1/2 wrote:doctor_grey wrote:I miss Eddie Butler. Seriously. Adds gravitas.

May was looking at the ball and not at Earls hips. Hips never lie, I am reliably told.

Good to see that, after the aberration against France, England are back to their usual ill-disciplined mess.

More interested in hand signals for the big screen and back slapping a knock-on.

England are trying to rush and force things again and are a bit frantic. Right now, the captain's job is to settle things down.

Well target daly and get rewards. Bad first half after that first 15. Our weak links really shining through.
