NFL Fantasy Help
Thought I'd revive this thread, we need more activity on the NFL Section!
My dilemmas this week:
Robert Tonyan (@NO) or TJ Hockenson (SF)? Hockenson is clearly the better player but Tonyan has a MUCH better matchup.
Tyler Lockett (@IND) or Miles Sanders (@ATL) for a flex? How big a role will Sanders actually play?
Matt Stafford (CHI) or Tom Brady (DAL)? Many are tipping Stafford as a dark horse MVP candidate for this season with the talent around him.
2 of 3 from David Montgomery (@LAR), Tyler Boyd (MIN) and Cooper Cupp (CHI) All have good matchups. This is a tough one.

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
Hockenson is basically their number 1 receiver so I’d go with him
ATL defence is terrible, Sanders will still get the lead so is the safer bet, Lockett for upside though
Brady to open the season has 4 TDs all over it
I’d bench Boyd of the last 3, Burrow is going to be hounded by the Vikings defensive line

Should i play Aaron Jones and Davonte Adams ??
The Pack sure stank the place out last week, but surely with the Lions at home?!?!

The only way is up, I'd be surprised if you had many better options to start rather than those 2!

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
The Tom Brady vs Matthew Stafford debate is a bit tougher this week. Brady plays the Falcons and the Bucs may rely more on the run.
Stafford plays the Colts.
Thoughts?

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
Montgomery is my pick, but if you want upside the Chargers v Cowboys game could be a massive game for scoring.

I was going to say Stafford but Brady should fill his boots v Falcons

My query...
Need 1 RB and 1 Flex out of...
- De'Andre Swift (@ GB, Monday, Questionable)
- James Robinson (v DEN)
- Chase Edmunds (vs MIN)
- Deebo Samuel (@ PHI)
- Tee Higgins (@ CHI)

Didn't get this one on time, sorry. I, too, have the James Robinson problem. The Jags have been awful so far this season.

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
Fortunately my "missing" RB was Derick Henry, so I'm grand regardless.
Did pick Deebo Samuel in the Flex, and he fractionally scored the most out of those already played, and gambled with Swift as the RB... but yeah, I've already won my week with his game to spare

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
Bit of a different type of fantasy question but I need to get rid of 2 of the following players from my team in order to bring in a kicker and TE (I have Kyle Pitts who's on a bye this week). I know there are a lot of average fantasy options especially at receiver but just struggling to decide who'd be best to drop:
Dalvin Cook
Chris Carson
D'Andre Swift
Damien Williams
Darrel Williams
Eli Mitchell
A.J Brown
Dionte Johnson
Tee Higgins
Corey Davis
Jakobi Meyers
Kadarius Toney

Meyers and either Toney or a RB for me, but with how I'm doing so far this season you should probably start them instead!

Probably Meyers and Toney for me, but it's tough.

Re: NFL Fantasy Help
Bit of an odd one, not related to this week specifically, but the rest of the year...
I have a team which has Russell Wilson on IR, and I need to drop someone this week to bring him back (I've already evicted my temporary QB chasing RB depth)
I have 3 TEs on the team, but the league does not allow a TE to be used in the Flex, so it's 3 into 1, and thus a logical place to drop someone.
So which out of the following should I ditch?
- TJ Hockenson
- Dallas Goedert
- Dawson Knox

It's a close one but would probably go with Knox just. Just think the other 2 are likely to get more targets being in the top 2 receiving options for each of their teams
