Champions League/Europa League 2021/22
Jesse Lingard undermines his recent good form with one dodgy backpass.

Ole is a crap manager. Why go to back 5? Invited more pressure.

All four Premier League clubs set to finish top of their CL groups. Good times for the Premier League. Think the eventual winners will be one of Munich/City/Chelsea.
Meanwhile Harry Kane is left to contemplate an alternative reality where he actually went to City in the summer, because Tottenham have been royally embarrassed by losing to Mura 2-1 in the Conference League. Mura didn't even exist ten years ago and their ground is smaller than Weymouth's.

I went to Weymouth's ground a few years back. I have an old mate that lives that way and goes to watch them.
The opposition striker got sent off in the first 10 minutes or so for calling the ref a "f*cking cheating c*nt" at the top of his voice.
Weymouth won 3-0 if I recall.
I've never been to Mura though.

Good to know, Tino. I have also been to Weymouth's ground - they lost 4-0 and it was about 10-11 years ago, plus no one got sent off, so it's unlikely we attended the same fixture, alas.
Equally, I have never been to Mura.

UEFA managed to **** up their own draw. United drew Villarreal who they could've have played and weren't able to draw Atletico who they could've

I think the last 16 draw is always a faff anyway, but fair play to UEFA for acknowledging their mistake.
Chelsea get Lille, great tie for Chelsea they don't punished with a tough game after slipping up v Zenit.
City get Lisbon, City should be comfortable.
Liverpool have Inter, that will be very tough. Inter are top of Serie A in a four-way title race and currently in good form, though that could change by February.
United v Atletico, easier than PSG but Atletico are supremely tough to beat.
Bayern v Salzburg should be a walkover. Benfica and Ajax is a good tie, Benfica finished ahead of a mediocre Barca team but will have to go up another level against a very exciting Ajax side. Villarreal and Juventus, well I'm surprised Villarreal have even made it this far.
And Madrid v PSG. Madrid will be furious.
