If All of the home nations agree to having a GB football team this is probably who should/could play (only 3 players above 23 years im not sure whether its 23 and under or under):

Joe Hart (25 years old at the time)
Danny Wilson (age 20)
Phil Jones (20 years of Age)
Chris Smalling (22 years of Age)
Ashley Cole (31 years)

Aaron Ramsey (21 years of age)
Jack Wilshire (20 years)
Jordan Henderson (22 years)

Gareth Bale (22 years)
Wayne Rooney (26 years)
Danny Wellbeck (21 years)

Others of note:
James Forest
Barry Bannan
Kieran Gibbs
Joe Allen
Possibly Jack Collison
Chris Gunter
Kyle Walker
Jack Rodwell
Tom Cleverley
Daniel Sturridge
Nathan Delfouneso
Connor Wickham
Possibly Theo Walcott
Possibly Craig Cathcart
Coery Evans

Managers:
Stuart Pearce
Gareth Southgate
Chris Hughton
Billy Davies

I believe that while the other FA's aren't endorsing the idea, if their players are picked, it is up to them if they wish to represent. I may be wrong though.

I don't foresee Rooney, Cole or Hart participating as over age players. I'd expect Beckham to be involved though, playing or managing.

Remember 2012 also has a Euro Championship so I imagine the senior internationals will be told by their clubs that they can play either but not both.

Can't believe you've left out Ryan Bertrand & Josh McEachran

Expect the Olympics to be our U21 side with a few senior players that didn't make the Euros squad.

All the other FA's don't want to be involved because they all know that in the end it will be an all English side bar Gareth Bale. They would just be as well entering them as Team England.

Wouldn't MacGregor or Gordon be a better choice than Hart

Without a doubt they'd be better picks than Hart. I may just sound like a typical bitter Scot but I just can't see them being picked.

Personally I dont think it should be left to each countries FA to decide whether their players can play or not after all its not a FIFA ranked tournament, it should be left to the IOC and the players themselves. Any competiton that gives young players the chance to play in international matches must surely be a good thing.
