Re: Team Gb
I believe that while the other FA's aren't endorsing the idea, if their players are picked, it is up to them if they wish to represent. I may be wrong though.
I don't foresee Rooney, Cole or Hart participating as over age players. I'd expect Beckham to be involved though, playing or managing.
Remember 2012 also has a Euro Championship so I imagine the senior internationals will be told by their clubs that they can play either but not both.

Expect the Olympics to be our U21 side with a few senior players that didn't make the Euros squad.

All the other FA's don't want to be involved because they all know that in the end it will be an all English side bar Gareth Bale. They would just be as well entering them as Team England.

Without a doubt they'd be better picks than Hart. I may just sound like a typical bitter Scot but I just can't see them being picked.

Re: Team Gb
Personally I dont think it should be left to each countries FA to decide whether their players can play or not after all its not a FIFA ranked tournament, it should be left to the IOC and the players themselves. Any competiton that gives young players the chance to play in international matches must surely be a good thing.
