One in, one out.

Craig mitchell, the young tighthead who understudy's Adam jones has announced his departure from the Ospreys with his likely destination being Exeter. The lad has a good future ahead of him and in time will become an excellent TH for whoever he plays for.
Beneath this move there is the spectre of NEATH, Mitchell a strong Neath boy never seemed to be wholeheartedly an Osprey lad, and we all know the shennanigans going on there, but i feel that in this move Craig is moving purely to improve himself as a player and to increase his earnings.
Meanwhile, Bath TH Aarron Jarvis, an Exeter born lad, is moving the other way. He is Welsh qualified and the Ospreys apparently think very highly of him. Personally I've never knowingly seen him play but apparently he had a blinder against us in an LV= cup outing two seasons ago. I was there but not something i was aware of.
Anyone know ANYTHING about this boy?
