My side will do better next season
Everybody hurts.
Except if you've just won.
And then the realisation comes that that victory fades after about a week.
That's the ephemeral nature of sport. Next year we'll all be millionaires.

Yep, the Blues will do better, even with no money, no coach and no internationals.....

Re: Everybody hurts.
Hard to say for Munster. I expect us to make European quarter finals but I think we'll need home advantage to get further. Hard to see us repeating the amazing run we had in Magners.
I'm gonna say we won't do as well next year.

Saints fan and voted no for two reasons. Tough HC draw makes it a much harder run towards the knock out stages and missing Hartley, Wood, Lawes, Tiny (possibly), Ashton, Foden for the WC will seriously impact the team. They have looked to strengthen the squad but it will take time for the new players to learn the style of play and new systems etc

B91212, Tigers fan here. You have my every sympathy in you struggles - which include relegation (a concept that many ML stalwarts have either forgotten or have failed to grasp).
I was a huge Saints supporter last year and had the best side but no squad depth.
In the upcoming season, you'd be pushed to make the HEC final again, but in the bit where it's difficult - building and retaining a squad - you'll be fine.

For Edinburgh, the only possible way is up after last year's farcical performances on and off the pitch

Re: Everybody hurts.
Both the Scottish sides deserve better. It's been a right Royal Mile of a chicken-up.
The pretence is that the Borders and the clubs haven't been overlooked.
Both of the Scottish sides will do better next season.
And for the sake of rugby they'll make Scotland proud again.

Re: Everybody hurts.
I hope they do, but it will take a wee while for them to recover from the brutal mismanagement of the last few years. They've both lost players, they'll both lose players over the World Cup.

Well for Edinburgh I don't think it can get anyworse.
However for reasons best known to himself Bradley is shipping in more hookers than a Eastern European people trafficker, and is basicly refusing to bring in any locks!
MADNESS!

I'm a Dragon's fan, and I think we SHOULD do better. We'll have the infrastructue of a professional team for once and some better coaching.
We'll have some new blood in the form of a big ball carrying centre and a talented young full back.
I do think we'll struggle if/when we lose players for the world cup though.

Re: Everybody hurts.
I can see all of my teams doing better next season. Scarlets started really well but tailed off due to lack of depth but I think they'll do better.
Glasgow can't do much worse so are almost guarunteed to do better
Market Harborough had a similar season to Scarlets. Started strongly and were top two at one point but in the second half and latter stages of the season they struggled a bit. I expect them to be much stronger and possibly push for promotion this season.
