Xbox 360 Power Pack

Thought this must be the place for this...
Basically, I got the red rings of death and I followed MS's troubleshooter, and basically my power pack is dead.
Problem is I'm now out of warranty so can't get one for free...anyone know where I can get one?
I went to Game and they basically said they don't sell them individually (which is a pain in the neck to start with) and then proceeded to advise I buy a new Xbox! Any ideas?

would imagine ebay's your best bet, often seen them selling parts on there
