Smarts, Accourding to hear say in papers etc Wenger will not sell to a rival and risk letting him leave for free next summer. Very Stupid IMO as come Jan he can talk and sign, so all it takes is a dodgy first half of season and BOOM hes signed for someone else on a free. He makes a good point though, what will the other players think if Cesc and Nasri were to leave same summer. He either wants to stay and will sign a new contract on higher pay.

Personally I am not a fan of Shawcross very over rated player and Dawson is just a battler, poor mans Jagielka. But the above sentance could do with some more elaboration, i.e. is Agbonlahor one of these skillful players lol I could understand if he was talking about Di Natale, Hamsik etc as those CB's are better in the air than on the deck.
