Which cricketer are you most like?
Simple really, which cricketer do you most resemble in terms of your cricketing style, technique and mannerisms?
I am a spin bowler myself, off-spin and a bit of leg spin. Would like to say I resembled Warne or murali, the reality is that I am a very poor-man's schofield if such a thing is possible. I could bowl well using all my different variations when playing with mates, however couldn't bowl for toffee in a proper net session let alone a proper match.
Are there any Tendulkers, swanns or Steyns amongst the posters?

I'm a little like Chris Woakes, bowl at the stumps and always looking to make the batter play. I bat at 6/7 as well just like he does.
Re: Which cricketer are you most like?
I tend to bat with the mentality of Boycott, the runs scored are of secondary importance to not getting dismissed. However, I have one main scoring shot, a pull modelled on Alec Stewart's, which I utilise anytime the ball is short.

Re: Which cricketer are you most like?
A myriad of styles and techniques.
Off spin like Emburey , Leg spin like Qadir except my googly was non existent.
Pace in the style that compared to mostly someone like Gough For a few seasons I bowled with a slingy swingy action trying to copy Thomson but ended up like John Lever.
As for the batting ......

Italy - Are you sure you are not being unduly modest about your cricketing ability? On another thread on the Surrey pages Depressed Surrey Fan wrote:
"I notice Schofield played against Glamorgan and gave away his usual 18 runs an over??? A quick look at the averages show Schofield in T20 has bowled 13 overs for 124 runs a mighty average of over 9.5 but its ok he makes up for this by taking zero wickets (that can't be right let me recount) No still zero."
And you are still a very poor man's Schofield?
