Gibson = Diarra (Neither really rated on here, but as a United fan I just wanted Gibson)
Crouch <= Cahill (I need a striker, Cahill overall the better player though)
Torres < Cuellar
Ben Arfa > Gonzalez/Reyes (Reyes has done well of late though)

So I thought overall it was about balanced.
