I'll remember Ricky Hatton best for being on The Cube Celebrity Special.

i think he might be remembered more for the mayweather fight than either pacquaio or tszyu

Sadly for me all are above number 4!

Would be a combination of the others, I did like him though.

I think he will be remembered more for his 'man of the people' persona than what he achieved in the ring. Unless there was money involved (previous trainers and promoters) no one had a bad word to say about him and will be well thought of in years to come.

However, I would consider he is a Brit all time great but nothing beyond that as he foray at the weight above produced a contentious points win and a knock out defeat and I do not think he dominated enough at 140 after defeating Tzyzu.

I think if we are honest, the Mayweather fight was easily the biggest of his career. He was unbeaten and up against the worlds best. It captured the attention of everyone and although an underdog, he was seen a live one.

By the Pacquiao fight his bubble had really been been burst and Pacquiao just reinforced that in dramatic fashion.

But I think the Mayweather fight captured the imagination of the public alot more, especially with the "0" at stake and completely contrasing personalities.

I think in the future Ricky will be known as the man who beat Tyszu for the title and came up short against the two best P4P of his era. I honestly think all other Scandels and fights will be forgotten about.

The man who brought the football fans to boxing :-(

I went for the Tszyu fight, although I agree with most people who are saying Mayweather. It is certainly my defining memory of him.
